This program is only for women in technology and science. Manage stress, increase happiness and harmony, and create true life balance, while enhancing creativity and productivity. We will train the attention networks of the brain using mindfulness and other empirical research-based skills and techniques. You'll be able to get more done in less time from a place of ease and joy.
We'll bring more awareness to how you're currently operating in your life and craft a new plan that is doable, meeting you where you are and getting you to where you want to be.
Learn from my experiences as a software engineer, computer scientist, and IT project manager who allowed chronic stress and a skewed work-life balance to result in burnout and crisis. You definitely don't want to go down this path! Fortunately, I was able to turn tragedy into triumph. Experiencing the death of an engineer on my team due to a massive heart attack, I was traumatized by the unhealthy work culture of most top-performing professions. After taking time to heal, I was on fire to learn about work stress—its detrimental effects, and its prevention through mind-body awareness and action. I earned a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology with a focus on Health Psychology and Mindfulness. I'm honored to share what I've learned and be your guide and coach in reducing stress, preventing burnout, and living happy.
I help you to work in your highly demanding career in ways that are balanced and healthy. If during our work together, it becomes clear that you are not fulfilled in your current career, I will guide you in exploring your options and getting clear on next steps. I took the leap without guidance and know the difference it would have made to have someone's wisdom who had already done it. So I am happy to be that guide for you if it calls.
