Sunday:  Living a Balanced Life

7 am Breakfast
7:30 am Insight Meditation and the Mind-Body-Spirit- Heart Connection
9 am Hiking and Yoga (Walking Meditation is available as an alternative)
11am  Health and Nutrition Workshop 
12pm Lunch
1:30 pm Vision Board Workshop
3:30 Wellness Services/Free Time for Self Care
6pm Dinner
7:30pm Restorative or Gentle Yoga

Monday:  Living the Light

6 am Sunrise Ceremony and walk: Taking it Home
7 am Breakfast
8am Meditation and Sound Healing 
9 am Hatha Yoga
10:30am Zen Talk
11:30am Open Dialogue, Closing , Lunch
