This program is only for women in technology and science. Manage stress, increase happiness and work-life balance, while enhancing creativity and productivity. We will train the attention networks of the brain using mindfulness and other empirical research-based skills and techniques.
Learn from my experiences as a software engineer, computer scientist, and IT project manager who allowed chronic stress and a skewed work-life balance to result in burnout and crisis.
I help you to work in your highly demanding career in ways that are balanced and healthy. If during our work together, it becomes clear that you are not fulfilled in your current career, I will guide you in exploring your options and getting clear on next steps. I took the leap without guidance and know the difference it would have made to have someone's wisdom who had already done it. So I am blessed to be that guide for you if it calls. You will learn how to be accomplished and productive without burning out and breaking down.

A 30 minute conversation will be scheduled to connect and identify your requirements and needs then determine if there is a match for us to work together. If I believe that it will serve you better to work with someone else, then I will make referrals for you. Please know that it may not be a match for me and you, though I will always help to connect you where you most need.
