Using scientifically proven methods of mindfulness and positive psychology, you will be guided to uncover what makes you happy and how to integrate these discoveries into your daily life, creating real happiness and joyful living even amidst challenges. A main focus is on stress management, as unhealthy stress has a direct correlation to decreasing overall well-being and having a negative impact on relationships.
You will learn skills, practices and techniques that are all grounded in scientific research. Sessions are based in mindfulness and all include mindfulness meditation practice.
